On our Anniversary trip to Punta Cana, Niyoka went out of her way to help us get an upgraded room with an amazing view. When we arrived at our room in the evening we were delighted to be surprised with a beautiful Anniversary cake and bottle of champagne. All the extra care Niyoka provided helped to make our celebration extra special.

On a previous trip, Niyoka provided outstanding service in helping to book our group family vacation. Not only did she provide expert and extensive knowledge in helping us select a vacation destination but she also went above and beyond by providing us with extra benefits (that we didn’t even ask or pay for) to help make our trip even better. She helped ensure our group of 13 were sitting all together on the plane and even arranged for us to have a private transfer to and from the hotel. The private transfer was great as we got to check out later than everyone else when leaving which provided us extra time at the hotel. Niyoka even arranged for our rooms to be close together located in a great location in the resort. She was always willing to answer our questions, even after we booked our trip.
